Note: These Terms govern Site use only. If you engage Adsspark for services (e.g., campaigns, affiliate/advertiser relationships), those are governed by separate written agreements.

We operate a performance-driven digital marketing business serving clients globally. The Site provides general information about our company, verticals, case studies, and a way to contact us.

2) Acceptance of These Terms

By using the Site, you confirm that:

Do not submit confidential or proprietary information unless we have a separate NDA.

20) Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and any non-contractual obligations arising out of or in connection with them are governed by the laws of Hong Kong.

The courts of Hong Kong shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Site.

  • By contacting us through the Site, you consent to receive responses and related communications electronically.

22) Miscellaneous

  • Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding Site use.
  • Severability: If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the remainder will remain in effect.
  • No Waiver: Failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of our right to do so later.
  • Assignment: You may not assign or transfer these Terms; we may assign them as part of a merger, acquisition, or asset sale.

  • Language: These Terms may be provided in multiple languages. The English version controls in case of conflict.
